We do our best to ship out orders in a timely manner, but do not guarantee they will be shipped within a certain time frame. All of our products are manufactured and printed on demand as they are received. If you have ordered multiple items they may be shipped separately. You should receive an e-mail with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll do our best to sort that out for you.
If item is purchased on Amazon, you may follow Amazon's return policy.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Lost / stolen items
We are not liable for any missing or stolen packages. We suggest if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, please use an address where you know you'll be.
We work with fulfillment partners to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.
