Chinaman's hat or Mokoli'i, which literally translates to little lizard, is an island located off of Kualoa on O'ahu. According to legend, Hi‘aka, the volcano goddess and Pele’s sister, created the island by sleighing a frightening dragon, a no‘o, and setting his huge flukes in the water as a landmark.
